Description field for inbound rules

Please add a field for description on the inbound rules (50 Characters).

For example: we have two emergency numbers, one for the technical department, one for the software department.
Now I don't always remember which DID goes to which emergency-service of our departments.

A little description possibility, visible on the overview of inbound rules would be very useful!
